We will get started as soon as you’ve paid your service retainer. Depending on how complicated the issue is, your problem can be resolved within 1-3 business hours. Under some circumstances, we might need more time or resources. It’s impossible to know what’s needed until we delve into your site, but once we get a look at the back end, we’ll inform you of any additional costs.

Before we touch your site we do a full backup to create a restore point. We also work on a clone of your site to do the troubleshooting and make sure things are working properly. Once we are satisfied with the fix and you have approved our work we’ll move our changes to the visible website.
